    The plan called for deadlifts, but the session kept opening the door to something heavier. I climbed from 335 for three to 345 for two, then finished with grip and posterior-chain work while still feeling strong hours later.

    The weights stayed on the rack while I worked through conditioning, breathing, mobility, trunk work, and recovery. It was a quiet morning at the gym, but it left me feeling ready for the deadlifts waiting the next day.

    Clean and push presses, heavy Zercher carries, and two timed finishing efforts turned this into a demanding full-body session, ending with 19 dumbbell-to-shoulder reps and 102 backward steps under load.
