TOM FARRENKOPF · STRONGMAN IN PROGRESS
From Working Strength to Strongman.
Strength was part of the job long before it became the goal.
Tom Farrenkopf began strength training in September 2025. Nine months later, they finished second in Novice Men’s Heavyweight and recorded the fastest truck pull at their first strongman competition.
Now the work continues towards my next competition.

The Next Build
The first competition proved that the work belonged on the field. It also established what still needs to improve.
Tom is now preparing for the Wisconsin State Strongman and Strongwoman Competition through event training, conditioning, recovery, and the daily work between one competition and the next.
