July 12, 2026: Quiet Work That Keeps the Cycle Moving

July 12, 2026

Recovery Like A Strongman

Recovery days rarely make for dramatic stories, and that is perfectly fine. This session was built around moving, loosening up, and stepping away from heavy weight for a day. The goal was simply to show up, get the work done, and be ready for what comes next.

The treadmill, breathing work, mobility, and recovery room session all fit that theme. There was nothing to chase and nothing to prove. Just thirty minutes of steady movement followed by work intended to help me stay prepared for the heavier training days ahead.

My notes for the day were simple: it was a great recovery day. Sometimes that says everything that needs to be said.
