Recovery Work Before the Iron
This was recovery work before the iron. Not a big session, not a dramatic one, and not something that needs to be dressed up as more than it was.
I got in the treadmill work, breathing, mobility, stretching, and recovery room time. Everything went as planned, and I did not run into any physical issues during the session. That is about all I needed from the day.
There is a useful kind of discipline in keeping a session like this simple. I showed up, did the quieter work, spent some time in the massage chair, and left ready to get back under weight.
