A Straightforward Recovery Session

This was a simple conditioning and recovery session. I walked for 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.6 mph and a 1% incline, then moved through breathing and lower-body mobility work.

The mobility portion focused on the hips and hamstrings for 5 minutes, with my legs elevated on a wall or bench. I finished in the recovery room with time in the massage chair. There was no strength work to document, just a shorter session built around movement and recovery.
