Treadmill Work and Mobility
I kept June 24 straightforward. I spent 20 minutes on the treadmill at 2.7 mph and a 1% incline, then moved through breathing work, hip mobility, hamstring and calf stretching, and five minutes with my legs elevated.
There was no heavy lifting or event work in this session. It was a quieter entry in the training record, but still a complete one.
