Training Details

Squats, Presses, and Carries

This session moved through three primary pieces: back squats, push presses from the rack, and farmer’s carries. I built the squat work from 45 to two sets of five at 265, using knee sleeves and a belt for the heavier sets.

The push press sequence followed a similar progression, beginning at 45 and finishing with two sets of five at 125. I used wrist wraps and a belt for those final two sets.

From there, I completed three 60-foot farmer’s carries, progressing from 80s to 100s. Iso lateral kneeling leg curls and dead bugs filled out the accessory work before I closed the session with six minutes on the treadmill.
