Shipping Policy
FERRAXIS WORKS products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, production time should be added to shipping time when estimating delivery.
Order Production
Most products are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. Fulfillment time may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, order volume, and production conditions. Printful defines fulfillment time as the time needed to create the product before it ships.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been fulfilled, shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and product availability. Printful notes that delivery estimates are calculated as:
estimated fulfillment time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time.
Domestic and international shipping times may vary. Printful’s current guidance lists domestic delivery as generally ranging from 1–8 business days and international delivery as generally ranging from 1–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on shipping method and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available shipping options. Some product types may ship separately because of packaging or fulfillment requirements. Printful identifies items such as hats, stickers, mugs, posters, notebooks, and bags as products that may require separate shipping calculations.
Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. FERRAXIS WORKS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
Shipping delays may occur because of carrier issues, high fulfillment volume, customs processing, weather, or other conditions outside of FERRAXIS WORKS’ control. If your order appears significantly delayed or missing, please contact:

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not controlled by FERRAXIS WORKS and may vary by destination.
Made-to-Order Reminder
Because FERRAXIS WORKS products are made to order through Printful, delivery is not the same as ordering from a traditional warehouse with pre-stocked inventory. Each item must be produced first, then shipped.
