FERRAXIS WORKS products are made to order through Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, returns and exchanges are limited.

Please review sizing, color, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Policy

FERRAXIS WORKS does not keep pre-stocked inventory. Each product is created after an order is placed.

Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Changed mind
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect color selection
Accidental orders
Customer preference after delivery

Size Exchanges

Because items are made to order, size exchanges are not guaranteed. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact FERRAXIS WORKS as soon as possible.

Printful states that claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping costs may be required to resend the item.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because products are made to order, refunds are generally only available when there is a verified production, fulfillment, or shipping issue.

FERRAXIS WORKS reserves the right to review each request before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
